So I was super excited to try something completely different. I wanted to use my new stamp set but not so center stage. I offset the polka dot banners to coordinate to the corners of the fancy label die and then cut it out with the next size down. It came out great and I love the look. It's different and I don't feel like I'm making the same old card over and over again! I am happy with results and totally love it! Happy Stamping!

January SOTM Card-The Stamps of Life

I am a member of The Stamps of Life Die Hard Club, so each month I get stamps and coordinating dies! I love it! So, I am challenging myself to create a card with each set that I have! It's so much fun and I LOVE popcorn so this set is right up my alley! I think they are super cute!

Wild Animal Card Challenge

My interpretation of a wild animal is a cute fun circus lion! Ha! I used the punch lion again and added some bright and fun elements! This card just literally makes me happy! It's so cheerful! I wanted to keep it, instead of sending it to my swap partner! Ha! Oh well! I can always make another! This punch lion is a favorite of mine because he's so darned cute!

Gate Fold Card & Sunburst Card Techniques

I belong to many fb groups that force me to use my scrappy stash and think outside the box with technique challenges. I have so much fun with these, because I can make the technique my own and go crazy! I confess though, I had to do a major downsizing of fb groups because I was in too many! I couldn't keep track of what swap was for which even after dedicating a notebook to jot things down that I signed up for! I also didn't want to slight anyone and forget! Oy! Oh well! Here's to 2014 and the many new swaps that I will join! Hee hee! :)

Secret Santa/Sister Swap goodies!

I made this card for my adorable 5 yr old niece who is just in love with Rapunzel from Tangled! I cut out the tower and pretty princess on my cameo and added some Wink of Stella for the glitz!  I know she'll love this card and I can't wait to give it to her!

Double Dutch Fold Card

I made this little gem for an upcoming swap! I'm in love with love! I love the colors of v-day! Cotton candy pinks, red candy apple reds, whipped cream whites! So yummy & scrumptious! I recently became a member of Stehanie Barnard's The Stamps of Life Die Hard Club and it's fabulous! The stamps are from December's kit. I definitely need to invest in her inks though because I want a cleaner impression and not the tacky woven ink pad look! Sure, I can make my linen pads juicy lucy but then I'd have a mess on my hands! I can never have enough ink pads! I joined a swap in which we had to make at least one paper craft item that was not a card, so I found a tutorial on this and decided to give it a go! I love the way it came out and how easy and simple it was!

Okay, so this post is a little old...her bday was in October...lol! But I never got to share the card I made for her! I cut chipboard from my silhouette in the shape of 16 it's about 5 layers, then glued it together with a piece of acetate added the REAL sprinkles inside and made candles! It was super fun and easy to make and I'm super excited because it was cased from my very own brain! Lol! Anyhow, enjoy and more late posts to follow!

Oh my! It's been 2 months since I updated! Wow! I've loaded some Christmas cheer below, I will have to go back and load all of my other projects from the last two months! More vinyl, cards, & tags!!

New Years resolution is to hopefully post a new project every month...as I'm about to embark on a journey with The Die Hards Club In The Stamps of life with Stephanie Bernard! Just love her! So as I get my stamps I will use them for a monthly post! Yay! I can't wait to play!
